What happens when art stops visiting a space and starts living in it?
In Residence brings contemporary art into the setting of a home. Curated by Mandana Karimi for Arada at W Residences DIFC, the exhibition places works within a lived-in environment, inviting visitors to experience them as part of daily life.
Rather than encountering each work in isolation, visitors move through rooms and discover how art changes a space: the mood it creates, the conversations it starts and the personal connections it invites. The curation brings together work by Re Delle Gandine and a selection presented in collaboration with Leila Heller Gallery.
At its heart is a simple idea: art can belong to a home as naturally as the people who live there.
