OCD — Organise. Consulting. Design. — is a creative practice founded by Mandana Karimi. Based in Dubai, it brings together art curation, artist representation and an understanding of the relationship between people and the spaces they inhabit.
We work with private clients, developers and creative partners to select art, shape exhibitions and create meaningful encounters with artists. Each project begins with the same question: how can art feel at home here?
Rather than imposing a rigid aesthetic, we consider the architecture, natural light, atmosphere, and lifestyle of the collector, crafting collections that resonate with authentic intimacy.

“My work has always been connected to people, expression and the way a space makes us feel. After a career in fashion and film, I studied design at Istituto Marangoni in Mumbai and developed my practice through hands-on experience in the design industry.”
OCD began in India with a focus on organising and styling homes. That chapter taught me to look closely at the details of everyday living: what people keep, what they love, and what makes a space feel personal.
Today, based in Dubai, my focus is art curation and artist representation. I work with artists, private clients and developers to bring art into homes and shared spaces, and create exhibitions that allow people to experience a work beyond the gallery wall.
For me, curation is about connection: between an artist and a collector, a work and a room, an idea and the person who encounters it.
